Our website’s primary objective is to streamline various operations of the institute, such as trainee registration, immediate issuance of digital QR-based certificates, and the generation of ID, Admit, and Marksheet documents post-examination.

**Accounts:**

1. **Franchisee and Trainee Accounts:**
– All users, including franchisees and trainees, must create accounts to access the services provided by the institute through this portal.
– Franchisees have the responsibility to manage various tasks, including trainee registration, document uploads, and fee payments.
– User IDs and login credentials will be sent to registered email addresses.
– It is vital for franchisees to keep their login credentials confidential. They are solely responsible for any actions taken on their accounts. In case of unauthorized access, contact us immediately.

2. **Trainee Accounts:**
– Trainee applications will be approved after the verification of required documents and course availability.
– Trainees will receive a User ID and a password (based on their date of birth) to access the website’s features, including downloading ID cards, study materials, taking quizzes, and obtaining Marksheets and Certificates upon successful completion of exams.
– Trainees are required to maintain a minimum 75% attendance in offline classes and adhere to institute rules and regulations.

3. **Account Deactivation:**
– Noble Institute of Technology reserves the right to temporarily deactivate or suspend accounts in cases of policy violations, suspicious activities, or the discovery of malicious code injection.

**Payment, Credits, and Refunds:**
– Noble Institute of Technology charges a one-time registration fee per trainee through the respective computer center.
– Payments from trainees to the website are not accepted.
– Computer centers may request refunds in cases of overpayment, with refunds processed within two business days.
– Refunds will be transferred to the original payment source.

**Binding Agreement:**
– By registering, accessing, or using our services, you agree to be bound by a legally binding contract with Noble Institute of Technology. If you do not agree to these terms, refrain from registering or accessing our services.
– Delay or failure to exercise our rights in one case does not imply waiving these rights.

**Disclaimer:**
– Noble Institute of Technology is not liable for any downtime due to maintenance or unforeseen technical issues.
– Users accept that there is no recourse against the institute in cases where the platform experiences issues.
– The institute is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control.

**Updating These Terms:**
